I've got good news fellow lovers of the steel!

I'm going to be reviewing a knife or two from Great Eastern Cutlery – http://greateasterncutlery.net/blog/
I just spent a half hour on the phone with the energized and enthusiastic V.P. of Sales for GEC, Ryan Daniels.  Ryan shared his love for knives since childhood (wait, he could be my child….dang) and how the good old-fashioned, American made, steel sickness still motivates him daily.
